NB Motorworks Returns & Refund Policy

30-Day Returns

  • You may return most items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.

Conditions for Return

  • The original packaging must be intact — free from damage, markings, or tampering.
  • All original accessories, parts, documentation, and tags must be included.
  • The item must show no signs of wear, misuse, or assembly.
  • The product must be fully resalable (i.e. in “like‑new” condition).

Non‑Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used items, including those where the seal has been broken.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or incomplete packaging.
  • Any item rendered non‑resalable due to missing components or tampering.

Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Service within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return. Provide your order number, item name, and reason for return.
  2. You’ll receive return shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a reliable carrier, with tracking and insurance recommended. Retain proof of postage.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, you’ll be notified of the outcome.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be fully refunded (price paid minus any original shipping charges, if applicable).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • You’ll receive an email notification once your refund is processed.

Exchanges & Replacements

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order separately.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product was shipped in error or deemed defective.
  • In cases of damaged or incorrect items, we’ll cover all return shipping costs or arrange a pre‑paid label.

Exceptions & Restocking Fees

  • Returns of items that are damaged, not in resalable condition, or missing parts may be partially refunded or rejected entirely.
  • In rare cases, a restocking fee may apply. We’ll inform you in advance if this is necessary.
